Houses

At Hazelmere Junior School all children are part of one of the four houses:

 Children earn house points for going above and beyond in school, these house points are collected over the course of the year and the winning team receives a reward at the end of the school year.

During the year children all participate in a variety of activities in their houses. We have two Inter-House singing competitions, Maths Quiz, Grammar Quiz and Sports Day. We believe that participation in house events helps children to feel part of a team and community and allows children from different year groups to interact with one another.
